Cheer Pre-school- Will work on hand eye coordination skills. Back and forward rolls. Cartwheel and muscle strengthening exercises and listening skills

Ages 3-6(unless talent will allow her to move up)

Cheer Beginner- For students with little or no experience at all. Learns cartwheels and round-offs. Will work on jump-backs onto a mat and over the back handspring trainer. Will work on handstands and back bends too.

Student may advance when they correctly perform a cartwheel, knee round-off, lunge round-off, high reach round-off, power hurdle round-off, one step round-off, two step round-off, and running round-off. And is able to rebound from each skill.

Cheer 1 Student will be introduced to standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings. Handstand snap downs and handstand block-hops will be introduced at this time.

Student may advance when they correctly perform a standing back handspring and a round-off back handspring. And is able to rebound from each skill.

Cheer 2 Series back handsprings are introduced both standing and running. When there is a series of two back handsprings unspotted then the tuck will be introduce for standing and running.

Student may advance when they correctly perform a standing three series back handspring and a round-off three series back handspring. Standing tuck, round-off tuck, and round-off back handspring tuck.

Cheer 3 Concentration of class is on lay-outs, lay-out step outs, and twisting lay-outs (full and double-full). All other standing and running tumbling skills may be introduced in this class.
