Thank you for your interest in our program. We hope this will answer some of the questions you may have.

Do you offer a free trial class? YES! We offer a FREE trial class for all new athletes wanting to join our program. This allows parents and athletes to check out our facility and coaching staff before any money is paid. Your free trial class does not have to be on the same day as the one you choose to enroll your child in. Your child will be assessed in their trial class as to where he/she needs to be in our program.

How long are your classes?  Our recreational classes range from 30 to 90 minutes long. Athletes on our competitive teams have longer times. This will be discussed in person when it applies to your child.

When is my tuition due?  Tuition is due on the 1^st of each month and is considered late on the 11^th. Your account will be billed a late fee of $25.00 if your tuition is not paid by the 10^th. We understand that several families get paid on the 1^st and 15^th of the month. If this is the case and you need a different due date that’s fine, just let us know in the office and we will not your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you pay by check, please put your child’s name on the bottom of it. We charge a $30.00 Return Check Fee should your check get returned. Once a check has been returned we will note on that account as cash only.

Can I put a credit card on file?  YES you can. All you need to do if fill out the credit card authorization form and give it to the receptionist. On this form you get to pick your due date and we will run your card on that date. If you withdrawal from our program by filling out a drop form, we will discontinue billing your card.

Do you offer and other discounts?  Yes, we offer 5% Military discount (every month) and

 5 % AB Honor Roll discount (for the month in which report card are received only). This applies to families that sign up 1-1-09 or later.

Do you have an Annual Registration fee and how much is it?  Yes, we do. Our annual registration is $40.00 per child with a maximum of $120.00 per family and is billed every August.

Your registration covers you for1 entire year. We do pro-rate registration after January.

Do you issue refunds?  NO refunds will be given for tuition or registration.

Are we under a contract with World Xtreme?  NO! We are a month-to-month program. However, you must give two weeks written notice if you are planning on leaving World Xtreme temporarily or permanently. Failure to give a WRITTEN notice means you MUST pay for the current and upcoming month.

In an effort to make World Xtreme services more affordable for parents, we have discounts for multiple children.  The pricing breakdown is as follows:
1st child full price (highest tuition)
2nd child 10% off monthly tuition
3rd child 20% off monthly tuition
4th child 30% off monthly tuition
5th child contact office for additional discounts.  

We offer the following discounts as well: $5.00 off for A/B Honor Roll (you must bring in a copy of your report card)
The above also applies to multiple classes per child or children. The 1st class is full price with each additional class following the same percentage off.
