Gold Level Girl's Gymnastics

Class limit 10 Kids

All classes are 90 minutes long

Ages 5 Years and Older

Within the Level 2 Advanced class the gymnast works on various skills that will be involved within Level 3.  This is a level that is preparing the gymnast to move to one of our competitive gymnastic teams.  Within this level, most of the gymnasts have mastered walks and jumps on the beam.  The gymnast will begin perfecting their cartwheel on the high beam and begin working on back walkovers while on a beam.  The gymnast will continue to work on skills needed for level 3 such as leaps, turns, and dismounts.  While on the Bars, the gymnast will perfect their dismounts, and begin to learn material for level 3 bar routines.  While on the floor, the gymnast will begin learning proper body position for back hand springs and front handsprings.  On the Vault, the gymnast will begin to work a handstand to flat back vault and if ready, front handspring vaults.

Silver Level Girl's Gymnastics

Class Limit 10 Kids

All classes are 60 minutes long

Ages 5 Years and Older

 In the Level 1 Advanced class the gymnast  (ages 5 and up) will learn more difficult skills on the balance beam, such as forward rolls, jumps, and walking in releve (on tip toe).  This level gymnast will begin perfecting pullovers and back hip circles on the bar.  While working on the floor, the gymnast will perfect their handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and begin working standing backbends.  On the vault for this level, the gymnast will work on drills for hollow body positions, and working on dive-roll vaults.

Bronze Level Girl's Gymnastics

Class Limit 10 Kids

All classes are 60 minutes long

Price: $65.00.

Ages 5 Years and Older

In this class your child will learn skills that are the building blocks for gymnastics. Such as walking on balance beam, hold and swing on bars, proper handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and proper vault techniques. Your child will learn proper stretching and conditioning that will get their body prepared for the skills of gymnastics.

Shining Stars Pre School

Class Limit 6 Kids

All classes are 55 minutes long 

Ages 5 year and under 

Price: $60.00 

Our Pre School Intermediate classes are held in our brand new preschool room and in our main gym. This class is for children who have taken gymnastics before either by or moving up from our Pre School Beginner class or by transferring from another gym. This class is by invitation only. A coach must refer your child to be in this class. In this class we will increase the difficulty level of gymnastics instruction. Your child will work on all gymnastics equipment but at a slightly harder level than in the beginner class. Twinkle Stars Pre School

Class Limit 6 Kids

Each class lasts 55 minutes

Ages 5 years and younger

Price: $60.00 

Our Pre School Beginner classes are held in our brand new preschool room and sometimes in our main gym. This class is for children 5 and under new to gymnastics or moving up from our Parent and Tot class. In this class we introduce the children fundamentals of gymnastics. We teach the children the terms we use on an everyday basis in the wonderful world of gymnastics and incorporate this in every class. We will teach your child flexibility, motor skills, balancing, strength, confidence, and how to follow directions all in a structured but fun class. Parent and Tot

Our Parent and Tot classes are held in our brand new preschool room and sometimes in our main gym. In this class we introduce the children and parents to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Parents and children will learn the terms we use on an everyday basis in the wonderful world of gymnastics and incorporate this in every class. We will teach your child flexibility, motor skills, balancing, strength, confidence, and how to follow directions all in a structured but fun class.
